FAQ
What does Audun Coaching do?
Audun Coaching helps executives, leaders, and teams communicate with clarity and confidence in high-stakes situations — board presentations, difficult conversations, public speaking, and day-to-day leadership communication. We work one-on-one with individual leaders, deliver training to intact teams, and consult with organizations on how their people communicate. Founded by Vincent Metallo, we've worked with leaders at companies including Google, Oracle, Lowe's, and Novo Nordisk.
Who do you typically work with?
Our clients are usually executives, senior leaders, and high-performing professionals who already communicate well but need to be exceptional — people preparing for a bigger stage, a critical presentation, or a step up in responsibility. We also work with teams that need to collaborate and communicate more effectively across the organization. Whether you're an individual leader or bringing us in for a group, the work is tailored to your specific goals.
How is coaching different from a training course or a public speaking class?
A course teaches you a framework and moves on. Coaching is built around you — your real situations, your communication patterns, and the outcomes you're trying to reach. We don't hand you a generic script; we help you develop your own authentic, repeatable approach so the improvement holds up under pressure long after the engagement ends. For teams, that same principle applies: the training is shaped around how your people actually work together, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
What does an engagement actually look like?
Most engagements start with a conversation to understand where you are and what you want to change. From there, we build a plan — the format, frequency, and focus depend on whether it's individual coaching, team training, or organizational consulting. Some clients work with us intensively ahead of a specific event; others engage over a longer arc to build lasting skill. We'll be clear about what to expect before you commit to anything.
How do I get started?
The first step is a complimentary 30-minute consultation. It's a no-pressure conversation to talk through your goals, see whether we're the right fit, and outline what working together could look like. You can book directly through the site, and we'll take it from there.
